Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Technical Issues & Exceptions

- You were charged but did not receive a confirmation or download link

Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase on ESGuarantor, you agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of these terms. ESGuarantor reserves the right to dispute any chargeback filed without prior communication and may provide evidence of purchase and delivery to the payment processor.
